Kim Hae-jin is a detective who gets a call from a distressed woman claiming that she has been kidnapped. However, after arriving at the designated location, Hae-jin finds nothing but an empty car and no other trace of the woman. While she investigates the vacant car, Hae-jin's missing phone rings and alerts her to her daughter's disappearance. In panic, Hae-jin rushes out of the parking garage only to find herself stranded in the middle of a fatal white night phenomenon.
